GoHighLevel (GHL) Metrics & Reporting Setup — Single-Funnel Dashboard Build We're a nonprofit services company (done-for-you 501c3 formation and compliance) using GoHighLevel as our CRM and marketing platform. We need an experienced GHL specialist to build out a clean, actionable reporting setup that gives us full-funnel visibility — from lead source through closed revenue. We already have some things set up and need to complete setup and reporting. What we need: - GHL native dashboard(s) configured for both sales and marketing metrics - Sales pipeline reporting: leads by stage, conversion rates, deal value, closed revenue, pipeline velocity - Marketing reporting: lead source attribution, campaign performance, cost per lead (where applicable) - Key metrics identified, mapped, and surfaced — we don't want raw data dumps, we want decisions-ready views - Clean setup we can actually use daily without a tech person in the room Our setup: - Active GHL account with existing contacts, pipelines, and campaigns - We use GHL for CRM, pipelines, automations, and some outbound marketing - We want to start with GHL's native reporting/dashboard tools — no third-party BI tools needed for now Ideal candidate: - Proven GHL experience (please share screenshots or examples of dashboards you've built) - Understands both marketing attribution and sales pipeline logic — not just one or the other - Can work independently, ask smart questions upfront, and deliver a finished product — not a half-built thing that requires hand-holding - Available for a short Zoom call to align on requirements before starting Project type: Fixed-price Budget: $500–$1,500 depending on scope Timeline: Ideally completed within 1 week of kickoff To apply, please share: (1) examples of GHL reporting/dashboards you've built, (2) a brief description of your approach to this project, and (3) your proposed timeline.
