The ideal candidate has extensive experience with: * GoHighLevel SaaS Mode * White-label SaaS deployments * Client account architecture * Membership portals and client portals * White-labeled mobile apps * AI-powered workflows * Conversation AI * Voice AI * Chat widgets * Reputation management * Pipeline automation * Opportunity management * Calendars and booking systems * Email and SMS automation * Workflow automation * Forms and surveys * Funnels and websites * Communities * Custom values and custom objects * API integrations * Zapier and Make integrations * Reporting and analytics * SaaS pricing and packaging strategy Project Scope You’ll help us: * Audit our current GoHighLevel environment * Identify underutilized features we can offer clients * Design new SaaS service offerings * Implement advanced automation workflows * Build client portals and membership experiences * Configure white-labeled mobile app solutions * Optimize AI features and conversational workflows * Recommend HIPAA-conscious technology stacks and workflows * Create repeatable templates for healthcare clients * Improve onboarding, client experience, and retention systems * Document best practices and SOPs Preferred Experience Experience working with: * Home Health Agencies * Behavioral Health Organizations * Healthcare Operations * HIPAA-regulated environments * AI-powered customer service tools * Patient intake workflows * Lead generation systems * Multi-location businesses * Agency SaaS models Important Note Our clients often operate in healthcare environments.
