GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist - AI Automation (SMS)

Are you a motivated GHL rockstar? Want to be apart of a cutting-edge AI automation agency? We help service business (mortgage brokers, real estate agents, solar companies etc.) re-engage dormant leads sitting in their CRM, using AI SMS agents built on GoHighLevel - turning old leads into booked appointments. We are growing fast, and need a hands-on GHL specialist to handle technical setup, and ongoing account management for our client base. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Clone and configure GHL snapshots for new clients, customizing AI SMS agent prompts with each client's business details, tone, and services - Set up Twilio numbers and handle SMS compliance setup for new accounts - Connect client Google Calendars via OAuth and clean/segment CSV lead lists (formatting, deduplication, lead-age tiering) - Run through a detailed QA checklist before each campaign launch and monitor closely in the first 48 hours - Build additional workflows as clients upgrade - speed-to-lead, after-hours response, 48-hour follow-up sweeps, review-request automations - connecting to web forms, Facebook/Google Lead Ads, or external CRMs via Zapier/Make webhooks - Monitor live conversations daily, flag issues, and produce simple weekly reporting per client - Help integrate voice AI workflows for top-tier clients (training provided if you haven't used Bland.AI specifically) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Solid hands-on experience with GHL (sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows/ automations, conversational AI, custom fields). - Comfortable with Zapier/Make for webhook-based integrations. - Strong written English and great attention to detail. (we provide clear SOPs and checklists, and want someone who follows them precisely and flags exceptions rather than guessing) -Nice to have: experience with Bland.AI or another voice AI platform TO APPLY: - Share a 2–3 minute Loom video showing a GHL workflow or automation you've built, walking through what it does and what problem it solved.
