GoHighLevel QA + Implementation Specialist | Automation Testing & Bug Fixing

The role You are the last line of defense before we tell a client something is "done." You'll independently test every buildout against its spec — workflows, calendars, IVR/phone routing, forms & field mapping, pipelines, email/SMS — find what's broken, document it clearly, fix the small stuff yourself, and sign off only when it's verified live. What you'll do Test GoHighLevel buildouts end-to-end before client handoff: run real test contacts through workflows, book test appointments, submit forms, place test calls/SMS Verify config hygiene: timezones, custom-field mapping, notification routing, duplicate prevention, merge fields, links, mobile rendering Log issues with clear repro steps, severity, expected-vs-actual, and screenshots Fix minor bugs and support the lead builder during crunch Own and improve our go-live QA checklist Communicate findings honestly — never mark something "done" you haven't personally verified Must have 2+ years hands-on in GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, workflows, calendars, forms, pipelines, phone/IVR) A genuine QA mindset: methodical, skeptical, obsessive about detail Clear written English and clean bug documentation Comfort testing automations, integrations (webhooks/CTM), and phone systems
