Title: GoHighLevel Integration Developer: Connect EMR to CRM via Webhooks (Healthcare) Overview We run a multi-service health and wellness practice and are connecting our EMRto our GoHighLevel-based CRM. The webhook connection is already established. We need an experienced developer to build out the integration logic and the CRM automation layer on top of it. This is an integration project first and a CRM-automation project second. We are specifically looking for someone who has built custom webhook integrations before and not only funnels and email sequences. What the project involves Mapping data from four OptiMantra webhook events (Booking, Checkout, Cancellation, and Superbill) into the correct CRM contact fields Parsing and transforming raw JSON payloads — including date-time strings that arrive in more than one format, delimited tag strings, and invoice line items delivered as arrays Building workflow logic: contact creation/matching, pipeline stage movement, an additive lifetime-value calculation (accumulating, not overwriting), and an appointment counter Handling contact matching when a payload contains no email or phone (using a stored ID to find the existing contact) Building service-line pipelines and automation sequences (lead nurture, post-visit follow-up, review requests, recall/renewal reminders) We have a complete field-mapping specification document we will share with the selected candidate, so you will not be working blind. The source data and target fields are already documented. You're a strong fit if you: Have built webhook/API integrations that pull raw data from an external system into GoHighLevel (please include a specific example) Are fluent in GoHighLevel workflows, custom fields, pipelines, and math/number-field operations Are comfortable parsing and transforming messy data Communicate clearly in writing and respond within one business day Document your work so it can be maintained by others Nice to have: Experience integrating with EMR or other healthcare/clinic systems Familiarity with handling sensitive data in a compliant way (this is a healthcare environment) To be considered, please answer these in your proposal: Describe a webhook integration you've built that parsed raw JSON from an external system into GoHighLevel.
