GoHighLevel, Make.com & Google Sheets Automation Specialist

Location: Remote Preferred Location: Philippines or South Africa Hourly Rate: $5/hour Note: Higher rate may be possible in the future based on quality of work, reliability, and performance. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to help build and manage business workflows using GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Google Sheets. This role is focused on creating forms, automations, CRM workflows, spreadsheets, and operational systems that improve efficiency and streamline client processes. We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, and implement automation solutions with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel Create and maintain automations using Make.com Build and manage Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and workflow support Connect Google Sheets with forms, CRMs, databases, and automation tools Build forms, surveys, and intake processes Set up CRM pipelines and automation sequences Connect forms, databases, spreadsheets, and workflows Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations Document processes and automation logic Collaborate on AI-powered workflow projects when applicable Requirements Experience using GoHighLevel Experience using Make.com Experience using Google Sheets Strong understanding of workflows and automation logic Ability to connect tools, forms, CRMs, and spreadsheets Good English communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems Experience creating client onboarding, lead generation, or operational workflows Nice to Have Experience with Claude AI Experience with AI-powered automations Experience with Zapier Understanding of APIs and webhooks Experience with CRM systems Experience with process documentation and SOPs Experience building dashboards, trackers, or reports in Google Sheets Application Instructions Please submit: Your resume A brief summary of your GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Google Sheets experience Examples, screenshots, or a portfolio of automations, workflows, or spreadsheets you have built A Loom video, 2–4 minutes, answering the following: Introduce yourself Describe your experience with GoHighLevel Describe your experience with Make.com Describe your experience with Google Sheets Share one automation, workflow, or spreadsheet system you have built Explain why you are interested in this role We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to ongoing automation projects.
