I own a restoration company in Marietta, GA (relief-remediation.com) and need an experienced Meta Ads + ManyChat + GoHighLevel specialist to build and launch a complete lead generation funnel. The funnel targets family members of hoarders and estate executors dealing with distressed properties through Facebook and Instagram ads. The ad objective is Click-to-Messenger — when someone clicks the ad, Messenger opens immediately, an auto-welcome message fires, and a ManyChat AI bot takes over to qualify the lead. No landing page, no lead form. Qualified leads flow into GoHighLevel with tags and pipeline stage assigned automatically. This is a one-time build and launch project. My GHL account is already set up but essentially empty — you will be building from scratch inside it. I need someone who can handle everything end-to-end: ad creative, copy, campaign setup, ManyChat bot build, GHL integration, and SMS nurture automation. I should not need to hire anyone else for this project. What I need built: 1. Meta Ad Campaign (Facebook + Instagram — Click-to-Messenger) Write ad copy and create or source ad creative (static image or short video) for 2 ad variations to A/B test Campaign objective: Click-to-Messenger (not Lead Ads, not traffic) Target audience: adults 35–65 in the Atlanta metro area, interests/behaviors related to estate planning, senior care, home cleanup, distressed properties, real estate investing Initial budget: $20–30/day — I will scale once it's converting Set up the campaign inside my Meta Business Manager Tone must be empathetic and non-judgmental — this is a sensitive topic (hoarding, estate situations). No aggressive sales language. Two-path messaging: (1) professional cleanup services, (2) we also buy properties as-is 2. ManyChat AI Bot (Messenger Qualification) When someone clicks the ad, Messenger opens and a welcome message fires immediately ManyChat AI bot conducts the qualification conversation — button-driven with natural branching Qualifying questions the bot must ask: Is this your property or a family member's / estate? Are you looking for cleanup services, thinking about selling the property as-is, or both? Does the property have any biohazardous conditions (human waste, blood, animal waste, etc.)? (Yes / No / Not sure) — if Yes, tag lead "Biohazard" and flag in the David notification What city/area is the property located in? How urgent is the situation? Bot collects: name, phone number, situation type, location, urgency level Bot closes with a warm confirmation message and sets expectation that David will follow up Qualification script and tone guidelines will be provided by me — empathetic, not salesy ManyChat free tier is sufficient for this volume 3. ManyChat → GHL Integration All lead data collected by ManyChat passes automatically into GHL CRM Leads tagged correctly based on qualification answers: Restoration Lead / Real Estate Lead / Both HOT LEAD (if urgency = very urgent) Cobb County or Outside Service Area Messenger Lead Pipeline stage set automatically on entry Hot leads trigger an immediate SMS/email notification to me Test the integration end-to-end before handoff 4. Messenger Follow-Up Sequence (ManyChat — for click-but-no-reply leads) For leads who click the ad and open Messenger but don't respond to the welcome message 3-message Messenger sequence over ~8 days Stops immediately on any reply We don't have a phone number yet at this stage — all follow-up stays in Messenger 5. SMS Nurture Sequence in GHL (5 messages — for leads who go cold after engaging) Triggers once ManyChat has collected a phone number but lead goes cold Message content will be provided by me Automated triggers with time delays Stops immediately on any reply Opt-out compliance built in (STOP messaging) 6. CRM Pipeline Setup in GHL Build a pipeline with these stages: New Lead Contacted Assessment Scheduled Quoted — Restoration Quoted — Property Purchase Closed — Restoration Job Closed — Property Deal Dead 7. Basic Reporting Dashboard in GHL Simple dashboard: new leads this month, leads by stage, conversion rate
