GoHighLevel + Meta Ads + Web Development Virtual Assistant (Ongoing)

Overview We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving home service businesses. We're looking for a reliable, experienced technical partner to support three core areas of our operations on an ongoing basis: GoHighLevel CRM management, Meta/Facebook advertising, and website building. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across all three, works independently, and is comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Responsibilities GoHighLevel Provide technical support and maintenance across client subaccounts Build and troubleshoot workflows, automations, pipelines, calendars, email/SMS sequences, and integrations Maintain best practices across all subaccounts for stability and scalability Identify and resolve bugs, misconfigurations, and system conflicts Escalate platform-level issues to GHL support with proper documentation Assist with ongoing optimization and quality control of subaccounts Meta / Facebook Advertising Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns across client accounts (lead gen, retargeting, awareness) Build and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting Connect Facebook Lead Ads to GHL subaccounts via native integration or webhook Troubleshoot lead routing, form field mapping, and integration failures Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations Maintain Meta Business Manager accounts and pixel setup Website Building & Deployment Build and maintain client-facing websites and landing pages Deploy and manage sites via GitHub and Vercel Integrate lead capture forms with GHL or third-party tools Make ongoing updates, fixes, and performance improvements as needed Maintain clean, organized codebases with version control Required Qualifications Proven GoHighLevel experience at the agency and subaccount level Active Meta Ads Manager experience with a track record of lead generation campaigns Proficiency in modern web development and deployment - or building sites in Claude Code / GHL Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without hand-holding Clear written communication and reliable responsiveness Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Meta Lead Ads with GoHighLevel Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or webhook-based automations Background in home service or local business marketing Experience documenting SOPs and technical processes Comfortable working inside an existing agency workflow and tech stack Engagement Ongoing, long-term partnership Project-based to start, with potential to expand as trust is established Must be responsive and dependable — timely turnaround on issues is critical
