Title: GoHighLevel Onboarding & Website Specialist (Part-Time, Ongoing) We're a healthcare AI automation agency (Franchise Health AI) helping chiropractic and medical practices with websites, automations, and lead systems built in GoHighLevel. We need someone who can take a signed client from contract to fully live — website, GHL sub-account, and automations — using our existing templates and SOPs. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Clone our master GHL snapshot into new client sub-accounts - Build/customize client website using GHL's website builder and AI Studio - Configure client branding (logo, colors, copy) from our onboarding form data - Set up booking calendars, AI chat widget, and lead capture forms - Connect client's ad account / social channels per their tier - Follow our onboarding checklist end-to-end with minimal supervision REQUIRED SKILLS: - GoHighLevel: sub-account setup, snapshots, workflows, funnels - GHL AI Studio (website builder) — must have built at least one live site in it - Basic HTML/CSS comfort for tweaks GHL's builder can't handle natively - Strong async communication — you'll work from written SOPs, not live calls NICE TO HAVE: - Healthcare/medical/chiropractic client experience - HIPAA-awareness (no PHI handling required, but understanding matters) HOW TO APPLY: Answer this in your proposal: "Describe your process for cloning a GHL snapshot into a new sub-account and building a client website from it, step by step."
