GoHighLevel Operations Specialist / Funnel & Systems Builder

We are hiring a highly proactive GoHighLevel Operations Specialist to support a fast-moving online business focused on funnels, automations, backend systems, customer experience, and scalable infrastructure. This is NOT a passive VA role. This is not a short term project. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think ahead, organize moving pieces, and help turn ideas and conversations into execution. You will initially work inside an active account that is currently being built and optimized, while also helping support the future buildout of a larger agency account structure. GoHighLevel experience is REQUIRED. You must already know how to confidently work inside GHL without constant step-by-step instruction. What We Need We move quickly. A typical workflow may look like: We hop on a Zoom call We discuss ideas, strategy, workflows, funnels, automations, or priorities You receive the recording/transcript/notes You organize the tasks, think through the next steps, and help move execution forward We are looking for someone who can: Think proactively Identify missing pieces Help organize projects Follow through without needing constant check-ins Create structure from conversations and ideas This role requires initiative, ownership, and strong organizational thinking. Responsibilities Build and update funnels in GoHighLevel Create forms, surveys, automations, workflows, and pipelines Troubleshoot tech and automation issues Organize backend systems and project flow Help improve operational efficiency Assist with onboarding systems and customer journeys Support future agency account setup and scalability Translate ideas and strategy conversations into actionable execution plans Required Skills Strong GoHighLevel experience Funnel building Workflow/automation setup CRM and pipeline organization Project management and organization Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and think critically Availability Requirement Must have overlap with Eastern Standard Time between: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) Important We are building quickly and need someone who thrives in momentum.
