Client-Facing Project Manager — CRM & Automation Agency (Asana + GoHighLevel) About us: We're a fast-growing agency that builds CRM and AI-automation systems on GoHighLevel for service businesses — healthcare clinics, home-care agencies, and law firms. Our build team ships fast. What we need now is someone to own everything between our clients and our developers so nothing slips through the cracks. What you'll do: Be the main point of contact for clients once their build kicks off proactive updates, no chasing required. Act as the translator between clients and developers: turn client requests into clearly scoped tasks the dev team can execute, and turn dev progress into plain-English updates clients actually understand. Run delivery in Asana — own the board, keep tasks current, assign work, track due dates, and surface blockers before they become problems. Coordinate a remote team of developers and freelancers, and plan workload so nothing gets overloaded or dropped. Run lightweight weekly check-ins and keep every project's status, scope, and timeline visible at a glance. Help tighten our process as we scale (we're heading toward 100+ active clients). You're a great fit if you have: Real project-management experience in an agency, SaaS, or services environment. Hands-on Asana skills (or a comparable tool you can transfer fast). Excellent written and spoken English — clear, warm, and concise. Accents must be very limited (if any) A client-facing background; you're comfortable owning relationships and the occasional hard conversation. Strong organization and follow-through — you close loops without being reminded.
