Hello! I’m looking for a GoHighLevel expert to build a real estate CRM, follow-up, and nurturing system that can be used for one realtor/team first, then cloned for other realtors later. The goal is to turn GHL into a 24/7 lead capture, follow-up, booking, and nurture system so no lead falls through the cracks. I need help with buyer/seller pipelines, lead capture, SMS/email automations, missed-call text back, appointment booking, lead qualification, long-term nurture, reactivation campaigns, weekly reporting, and documentation for a VA/operator to manage the system. Experience with GHL workflows, real estate CRM systems, A2P/10DLC, AI chatbots, Vapi, Retell AI, or AI voice agents is a plus. This is not just a basic funnel build. I need someone who can help think through the strategy, build the system cleanly, and make it cloneable for future realtor accounts. Experience with any of the following is a plus: - GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, triggers, opportunities, and automations - Real estate CRM systems - Lead generation and follow-up automation - SMS and email marketing automation - Funnel building and landing pages - AI voice agents such as Vapi or Retell AI - AI chatbot or AI assistant development First project is for one real estate business, but this may become ongoing work if we expand to multiple realtors. Please answer: Have you built GHL systems for real estate before? Can you show examples? Can you build custom systems and cloneable snapshots? Can you document the system for a VA/operator?
