Summary

We are a growing Canadian company specializing in Disability Tax Credit (DTC) services. We generate leads through Facebook Ads and are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to build a scalable CRM, workflow, and automation system that can grow with our business. This is not a project where everything is already figured out. We are still learning our sales process and conversion data, so we need someone who can build an organized, flexible system that we can improve over time. Current Process Currently our process looks like: * Facebook Lead * Lead enters GoHighLevel * We call the lead * Some answer * Some don’t answer * We send information/proposals * Continue following up As we gain experience we expect additional stages to be added. What We Need We want someone to build the operational backbone of our business inside GoHighLevel. This includes: * CRM pipeline design * Sales pipeline stages * Automated workflows * Email automations * SMS automations * Task creation * Internal notifications * Pipeline movement automation where appropriate * Calendar integration (if needed) * Contact tagging * Smart lists * Opportunity management * Dashboard recommendations * Reporting recommendations Most importantly, we want a system where every lead always has a clear next step and nothing falls through the cracks. We Want Help Designing We don’t just need someone who builds workflows. We want someone who can help us think through: * What stages should our pipeline include? * What should happen after each stage? * What tasks should automatically be created? * Which follow-ups should be automated? * Which tasks should stay manual? * What information should be collected at each stage? * What metrics should we begin tracking now? Future Client Journey Our clients may eventually move through stages such as: * New Lead * First Call Attempt * Contact Made * Qualified * Documents Requested * Documents Received * Doctor Forms * CRA Submission * CRA Follow-up * Approved * Tax Adjustments * Invoice Sent * Paid * Referral Request * Long-Term Follow-up We understand this process will evolve as we learn. Ideal Candidate * Expert in GoHighLevel * Strong workflow automation experience * Experience building sales pipelines * Experience improving business operations * Understands CRM best practices * Can recommend improvements instead of simply following instructions * Strong communicator * Speaks fluent English Experience with service businesses, accounting firms, legal firms, healthcare, or other document-heavy businesses is a significant advantage.
