GoHighLevel Specialist - Funnels, Workflows & CRM Automation

About the project We run a small coaching business (weight-loss + habit coaching, ~1,200 active leads in our database) and just moved off Kartra onto GoHighLevel. Right now our GHL account is half set up — a previous freelancer built two pipelines and one automation, then went dark on us. We need someone to come in, audit what's there, fix what's broken, and finish the build so we can actually start running the business through it instead of duct-taping things in spreadsheets. What we need Audit the existing GHL sub-account (2 pipelines, ~6 workflows, a handful of forms) and tell us what's solid vs. what needs to be rebuilt Build out a proper lead nurture sequence: new lead → SMS + email follow-up → booked call → no-show recovery Set up 2 funnels: a lead magnet opt-in (we have the Canva design, just need it live) and a webinar registration/reminder funnel Connect our existing calendar (currently Calendly) into GHL scheduling, or advise if we should just use GHL's native calendar Clean up our tags/custom fields — right now everything is inconsistently tagged from the old system A2P 10DLC registration if not already done (we're not sure if it is — that's part of the audit) Must have 2+ years hands-on GHL experience, not just "watched the courses" Can show 2–3 examples of coaching/course-business builds (not just real estate or home services) Comfortable working async — we're not always available for calls, prefer Loom updates + a shared doc Nice to have Experience migrating from Kartra or Kajabi Basic email deliverability knowledge (we've had some emails land in spam) How to apply Please start your proposal with the word "workflow" so we know you read the full post.
