GoHighLevel Specialist — Migrate & Build Complete Funnel

Project overview I currently run my marketing and sales across several separate tools (Calendly, AWeber, Google Sheets, Zapier, Twilio) and want to consolidate the entire funnel into GoHighLevel before my volume grows. I am keeping our existing WordPress content site — GoHighLevel is for the funnel, booking, CRM, and messaging only. You will build the new system, then support a one-month parallel run before we switch off the old tools. This is a complete build, not a quick template job. I want it done properly, documented, and handed over so we can run it without you afterwards. What you will build • A landing/booking funnel (mobile-first, fast-loading) for our free consultation offer. • A booking calendar to replace Calendly (confirmations, reminders, buffers). • A CRM pipeline with custom stages from lead through to three paid client tiers, with contacts moving through stages automatically. • Full messaging automation: email + SMS/WhatsApp booking reminders, no-show rebooking, missed-call text-back, and stage-based nurture sequences. • Migration of our existing email contacts and sequences from AWeber. • Payment checkouts for three price tiers, each triggering onboarding workflows. • Conversion tracking (booking + purchase events) verified against our ad platforms and analytics. • Complete documentation and a recorded training session for our team. You are a great fit if you • Have built complete GoHighLevel systems before (not just edited templates) — and can show examples. • Understand CRM pipelines, automation workflows, calendars, and payment integration inside GHL. • Can connect Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp and set up email-domain authentication correctly. • Document your work clearly and can train a non-technical owner to maintain it. • Communicate proactively and work to a written brief and acceptance criteria.
