GoHighLevel Specialist – Part-Time / Ongoing

We're a lead generation and SaaS company that's been running on GoHighLevel for many years. We work with multiple clients across different verticals and need a reliable GHL specialist to become a consistent part of how we operate. This starts as a trial period of a few months. If things go well — and we expect they will — it grows into steady, ongoing work. We have a solid and growing client base, and new account setups in particular need to move quickly when they come in. What you'll be working on: New client account setups — speed and accuracy matter here Workflow and automation builds Sub-account configurations and onboarding Contact management — tagging, smart lists, custom fields, segmentation Integrations with Zapier, webhooks, APIs, and Facebook Lead Ads Integrating other tools like Call Rail for missed call text backs properly Google Sheets connectivity — linking contact data, syncing lists, automating data flow between GHL and Sheets Basic Facebook campaign setup for clients (technical setup, not ad strategy) Connecting website forms and installing web chat widgets Troubleshooting when things break Reporting and dashboard setups General GHL tasks — broad platform fluency is the expectation What we need from you: Available during business hours (roughly 10am–5pm), with flexibility outside those hours when things come up.
