GoHighLevel Specialist for LMS Development

We are a hearing brain performance clinic in New Zealand seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to develop our Learning Management System (LMS) for two distinct programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational or training platforms and be able to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The role involves designing and implementing the LMS structure, integrating multimedia content, and ensuring seamless user interaction. The first programme is the Bounse Plus+ programme — a four-stage hearing and cognitive rehabilitation programme for older adults — to be built using GoHighLevel's web-based LMS (Courses). The second is the Bounse Build programme — a 12-week auditory processing intervention for clients (ages 4+) diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder — also to be built and delivered through GHL. We will provide all programme content for both builds. Across both programmes, the key build requirements include: • Structuring course content across modules, weeks, and stages within GHL's LMS • Uploading and embedding short educational videos, easy-read resources, and guided activity instructions per module • Configuring content gating so modules unlock progressively on a clinician-controlled schedule • Setting up progress tracking, completion triggers, and reflection logging • Dual access — separate client-facing and clinician-facing views where applicable • Clinician-side summaries showing client progress and completion for session preparation • Connecting both programmes to our existing GHL contacts, pipelines, and automations • Clean, accessible design — Bounse Plus+ in particular must be easy to navigate for older adult users To apply, please send a brief proposal including examples of GoHighLevel LMS or course builds you have completed, your approach to content gating and progress tracking inside GHL, your availability, and your pricing for both builds individually and as a bundle.
