We are a fast-growing marketing and consulting agency serving Hispanic businesses across the United States. We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Specialist to design and implement a scalable CRM, automation and AI ecosystem that supports both our current services and future digital product expansion. Phase 1: CRM & Business Operations Infrastructure CRM & Customer Journey Design * CRM architecture and contact lifecycle management * Sales pipelines and customer journey mapping * Multi-channel automations (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) * Lead nurturing and client onboarding workflows AI & Automation Systems * AI agents for: * Lead qualification * Appointment booking * FAQ handling * Customer support * ManyChat + WhatsApp automation setup * Workflow automation and business process optimization Integrations * ClickUp * QuickBooks * Stripe * Additional integrations as needed Marketing Assets: * Funnels and landing pages for: * Marketing services * Consulting services * Automation services * Discovery calls * Agency offers * Social Planner setup * Content Calendar configuration Documentation & Training * Complete SOP documentation * Loom training videos for team adoption * System handoff documentation Important: Future Expansion (Phase 2) The entire architecture must be designed with scalability in mind. Future business lines will include: * Online courses * Live webinars * Mentorship programs * Membership products * Digital communities The CRM must be structured from day one to properly segment and manage: * Service-based clients * Leads and prospects * Students * Members * Community participants We are looking for someone who can architect the system for where the business is going, not just where it is today. Ideal Candidate You have: * Extensive GoHighLevel implementation experience * Strong automation and workflow design skills * Experience building AI-powered customer journeys * Knowledge of CRM architecture and database segmentation * Experience integrating operational and financial systems * Ability to document processes and train teams * Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) To Apply Start your proposal with the word ARCHITECT and include: 1.
