We need a GHL specialist to build a complete outreach engine targeting real estate agents — cold email + SMS sequences, pipeline, booking flow, and automations. Goal: partnerships and deal flow. Scope - Pipeline, custom fields, and tagging for agent outreach - Cold email + SMS sequences with reply detection and auto pipeline movement - Calendar booking flow with reminders and no-show follow-up - Lead import workflow, reporting dashboard, Loom handoff docs + snapshot This is a fixed contract for a 1 time build with potential longer term work needed.
