Google Ads & Attribution Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Attribution Specialist to help improve our paid lead generation, tracking, reporting, and revenue attribution. We are a growing steel building company with an active Google Ads account and a long sales cycle. Right now, we are generating paid leads, but we need better visibility into which campaigns are producing real qualified opportunities, not just form submissions. This role is for someone who can manage Google Ads, audit tracking, connect lead sources to HubSpot deal data, analyze lead quality, and build clear weekly reports that help us make smarter budget decisions. The main goal is to scale paid lead volume while maintaining lead quality and improving cost per qualified opportunity. This role is based on our 90-day growth and attribution plan. Responsibilities - Auditing our current Google Ads campaigns - Managing and optimizing Google Ads lead generation campaigns - Reviewing keywords, targeting, audiences, bidding, budgets, and ad copy - Identifying wasted spend and low-quality campaigns - Setting up or fixing UTMs - Confirming proper conversion tracking - Reviewing GA4 and/or Google Tag Manager setup - Connecting paid lead source data to HubSpot - Tracking paid leads by campaign, source, landing page, and deal stage - Analyzing lead quality based on sales feedback - Building weekly paid marketing reports - Reporting on CPL, cost per qualified opportunity, pipeline value, and source performance - Recommending budget shifts based on opportunity quality, not just lead volume - Reviewing landing pages and recommending conversion improvements - Helping build a revenue attribution report over the first 90 days We are looking for someone with experience in: - Google Ads lead generation - Paid search optimization - Conversion tracking - UTM setup - GA4 - Google Tag Manager - HubSpot reporting or source tracking - Long sales cycle lead generation - Cost per lead reporting - Cost per qualified opportunity reporting - Lead quality analysis - Landing page conversion recommendations - Pipeline or revenue attribution reporting Experience with construction, home services, building products, real estate, B2B, or high-ticket lead generation is a plus.
