Summary

I'm looking for a one-time Google Ads audit and optimization. I do NOT want ongoing management. I want someone to review my account, fix keyword targeting issues, and provide a report with actionable insights. The goal is to improve ad performance and reduce costs. Please provide your experience with similar projects and your approach to this task. I’m running Google Ads search campaigns for a private real estate appraisal service in Florida, but I’m experiencing significant query mismatch due to dual-intent keywords—particularly “property appraiser,” which overlaps with county tax assessor searches. My campaigns are currently matching to government-intent queries (e.g., county property appraiser offices, tax assessor, parcel/GIS lookups), resulting in wasted spend and unqualified calls. Despite implementing negative keywords at the campaign level, irrelevant queries are still coming through, suggesting gaps in match type control, negative keyword coverage, or search term mapping. I need a detailed audit of the search terms report, keyword match types (exact/phrase), and negative keyword strategy (including potential use of shared negative lists) to eliminate government-related traffic and improve query-to-intent alignment for high-conversion, private appraisal searches.
