I’m looking for a Google Ads specialist to help set up and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth. The project includes campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Search campaigns, optimizing CPC/CPA, improving conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions. It is also important to configure or review GA4 measurement to ensure that key events and conversions are properly tracked, including form submissions, calls, purchases, or other relevant business actions. Main tasks: Set up or optimize Google Ads campaigns Perform keyword research and competitor analysis Create ad groups and responsive search ads Configure conversion tracking with GA4 Review campaign performance and suggest improvements Provide a brief performance report with key metrics and next steps The goal is to generate qualified traffic, improve conversions, and have clear measurement through Google Ads and GA4.
