Google Ads Expert Needed - Medical Advertising & Google Healthcare Policy

We're looking for a Google Ads expert with extensive experience advertising healthcare services in Colombia and a deep understanding of Google's Healthcare & Medicines policies. Our target market are Americans. Our company connects American patients with licensed physicians in Colombia for specialized healthcare services including TRT, Peptide Therapy, HGH, and Men's Health. Our Google Ads account has been manually approved through Google's support team because Colombia has unique restrictions for medical advertising. Our campaigns are live and generating qualified leads, but we're facing a complex optimization challenge. The Challenge Google's algorithm consistently rates many of our Responsive Search Ads with Poor Ad Strength. However, when we implement Google's recommended headlines and descriptions, many of those ads are immediately disapproved for violating Google's Healthcare & Medicines policies in Colombia. In short, Google's optimization recommendations often conflict with Google's policy enforcement for medical advertising. We're looking for someone who understands this unique situation and can help us improve performance without triggering policy violations. What We Need Review our Responsive Search Ads. Recommend compliant headlines and descriptions. Improve Ad Strength while remaining compliant with Google's medical advertising policies for Colombia. Identify compliance risks and optimization opportunities. Provide recommendations to improve CTR, Quality Score, and lead generation. Requirements 5+ years managing Google Ads. Extensive experience with Google Healthcare & Medicines policies. Experience advertising healthcare or medical services in Colombia (strongly preferred). Experience resolving Google Ads policy violations. Strong understanding of Responsive Search Ads, Ad Strength, and Quality Score optimization.
