I manage digital marketing for several local businesses and need a highly skilled Google Ads specialist to partner with. Because the current campaigns are running and doing okay, I cannot risk handing over all accounts at once to someone new and potentially damaging what is already working. We will start with a paid trial using just my Dental account. Phase 1: The Trial - Account: Dental - Goal: Actively optimize the campaign to increase inbound phone calls and leads. - Trial Management Fee: $400/month Phase 2: Full Portfolio If you successfully manage the Dental account and prove you can drive results, I will hand over the rest of my accounts. My total management budget for the full portfolio of 6 accounts is $2,000/month. Here is the full pipeline of accounts you will eventually manage, along with their monthly ad spends: - Pet Aftercare (euthanasia, aquamation) - Exotic Pet Shop - Dental - Chiropractor - Aquarium Services - Restaurant Requirements: - Proven experience managing Google Ads for local businesses, healthcare, or pet services. - Strong focus on tracking and increasing phone calls and form conversions. - Reliable communication and proactive management. ***Long-Term Growth:*** I am looking for a true partner. If you successfully take over all 6 accounts, continue to drive results, and increase leads and phone calls across the board, I will increase your management fee to more than $2,000/month.
