Google Ads Expert Needed

We are seeking a Google Ads expert to manage and optimize our campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing successful ad strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Responsibilities include setting up and managing ad campaigns, conducting keyword research, and optimizing ad copy and landing pages for better conversion rates. This can be a long term partnerships if the cooperation is good. You must be fluent in english because i want sessions where you can teach me the google ads. I need to learn meanwhile the ads are running so this would be like a more collaberating toghether.
