Summary

We're looking for a senior Google Ads specialist to join our team on a long-term, full-time remote basis. This is a hands-on leadership role owning paid acquisition across Search, YouTube, and Display — not a consultancy engagement. We run performance-driven DTC brands in the global market— if you've worked in supplements, nutrition, or beauty, you'll feel right at home. What you'll own: – Full Google Ads account management across Search, YouTube, and Display – Budget ownership and performance optimisation across multiple markets – Testing strategy: creatives, landing pages, bidding, and account structure – Identifying new growth opportunities within Google and adjacent channels – Collaborating closely with creative and data teams What we're looking for: – Strong, proven experience scaling Google Ads in a DTC or eCommerce context – Background in supplements, nutritional products, or beauty/personal care is a strong plus – Comfortable with high spend, multi-market campaigns and data-driven decision-making – Available full-time (40h/week), based in or within European time zones – Self-sufficient, high-accountability mindset — this role owns results This is a long-term engagement with room to grow.
