Google Ads Expert for Policy Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist with a strong background in Google Ads policy compliance for healthcare businesses, preferably dental or medical clinics. Our current Google Ads account has active campaigns, but many of them are marked "Limited by Policy." We need an expert who can thoroughly identify the root causes, implement the necessary corrections, and optimize the account for long-term performance. Depending on your assessment, we would also like your recommendation on whether: * Our current Google Ads account should be repaired and optimized, or * It would be more beneficial to establish a brand-new Google Ads account and migrate to a fresh setup while following Google's policies. We are looking for a long-term partnership for monthly Google Ads management.Responsibilities include diagnosing policy violations, implementing solutions, and ensuring ongoing campaign performance. Scope of Work Phase 1 – Google Ads Policy Diagnosis Review the entire Google Ads account. Investigate all campaigns showing "Limited by Policy." Identify policy violations affecting campaign performance. Review account structure and optimization. Review conversion tracking. Review landing pages and website compliance. Check Google Ads account health and best practices. Provide a written report explaining: Why campaigns are limited. Required fixes. Implement all approved recommendations. Resolve policy-related issues where possible. Improve campaign structure. Optimize keywords, ad copy, assets, audiences, bidding strategy, and extensions. Improve Quality Score and conversion performance. And opening a new Google Ads account is the better long-term solution.
