Google Ads Manager — Medical Aesthetics, Wellness & Longevity

Zeeba Medical is seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. We are an integrative medical practice specializing in medical aesthetics, wellness, weight management, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. We are only interested in candidates who have successfully managed Google Ads for similar healthcare practices. Required Experience You must have previous Google Ads experience working with businesses such as: Medical spas Aesthetic medical practices Integrative or functional medicine practices Longevity and hormone optimization clinics Weight-loss or wellness clinics Do not apply unless your proposal includes examples of similar practices you have worked with. General e-commerce, real estate, restaurant, or unrelated advertising experience will not be considered. Responsibilities: Create and manage targeted Google Search campaigns Conduct keyword and competitor research Improve conversion rates while reducing wasted ad spend Create or recommend effective ad copy Set up and verify conversion tracking Optimize campaigns for calls, consultations, and booked appointments Monitor search terms and add negative keywords Provide clear weekly performance reports Ensure all campaigns follow Google’s healthcare advertising policies Budget and Compensation Hourly rate: $5 per hour Management budget: Up to $50 per week Google Ads budget: Approximately $500 per month This is a small initial budget, so we need someone who understands how to create highly targeted local campaigns and maximize results without wasting ad spend.
