We are a US marketing agency serving the family entertainment center industry and we are looking for an experienced Google Ads manager to take over ongoing management of our paid search portfolio. Our goal on every account is visitor generation: driving foot traffic and bookings to local venues. This is a steady, recurring engagement, not a one-off project. What you will do Manage and optimize roughly 32 established Google Ads accounts (Search and Performance Max) to drive visitor generation for local venues. Run weekly optimization: search terms and negatives, budget pacing, bid and target adjustments, ad and asset performance. Keep conversion tracking healthy across accounts (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion imports). Send a short weekly status update and a monthly performance summary per account in a simple format we will set at kickoff. Why one person can manage this many accounts These are 32 established, stable accounts, so the work is ongoing optimization, not building campaigns from scratch. The portfolio also shares a consistent set of targeting demographics and tactics, so you learn our approach once and apply it across the book. To be straight with you: we do not have a formal written SOP library yet, so onboarding is hands-on knowledge transfer rather than a manual. Mature accounts plus a repeatable method are what make the volume workable for one strong operator. What we are looking for 3+ years hands-on Google Ads for local businesses (driving visits, foot traffic, and bookings). Google Ads certified (Google Partner a plus). Solid GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion-tracking skills. Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio inside a standardized process. Strong written English, weekly reporting discipline, and overlap with US business hours. Terms Ongoing monthly retainer of $3,000 for the portfolio. We retain full ownership of all ad accounts and grant manager-level access. Month one is an evaluation period before we commit to the ongoing retainer.
