Title: Google Ads + Meta Ads Expert Needed for Multi-Location Restaurant Marketing Job Description: We operate a growing restaurant group and need an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads specialist who has real restaurant, food, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location experience. This is not a generic ecommerce or lead-gen account. We need someone who understands restaurant economics, local store marketing, online ordering, reservations, delivery marketplaces, direct ordering, catering, and how to drive profitable local demand. We are looking for someone who can audit, rebuild, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for individual restaurant locations. Platforms: * Google Ads * Meta Ads Manager * GA4 * Google Tag Manager * Meta Pixel / CAPI * Google Business Profile / local search awareness * Online ordering platforms * Reservation platforms where applicable Restaurant campaign types we need help with: * Local Google Search campaigns * Brand search * Non-brand “near me” search * Indian restaurant / food category search * Lunch campaigns * Dinner campaigns * Catering campaigns * Reservation campaigns * Meta retargeting * Meta prospecting * Local awareness and conversion campaigns * Store-specific campaigns * Grand opening campaigns * Offer and non-offer testing * Creative testing for food ads What we need: 1. Separate brand, non-brand, catering, lunch, dinner, and retargeting intent 8. Create negative keyword lists for restaurants 9. Review Google search terms weekly 10. Review Meta placements, audiences, creative fatigue, frequency, and purchase quality 11. Build campaign naming structure and reporting by location 12. Work with tracking specialist if conversion setup needs fixing 13. Give weekly performance notes that explain what changed, why, and what happens next This role is for implementation and management, not just advice. We need someone who can actually make the changes inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Important restaurant context: We care about actual profitable restaurant sales, not vanity metrics. A good campaign should consider: * Food cost * Discount cost * Commission cost * Direct ordering vs third-party delivery * Lunch vs dinner behavior * Local radius targeting * Repeat customer value * Online order quality * Reservation quality * Store-level economics * Franchise/location-specific performance * Brand vs non-brand spend * Catering intent vs regular ordering intent Please do not apply if your only experience is generic ecommerce, dropshipping, SaaS, or lead generation. Give one example where you improved Meta Ads performance for a restaurant or food brand. 4. How do you separate brand search from non-brand restaurant search? 5. How do you decide when to use or avoid Performance Max for a restaurant? 6. What negative keywords would you immediately review for an Indian restaurant? 7. How do you judge whether an offer is helping sales or destroying margin? 8. How do you handle campaigns when conversion tracking is imperfect? 9. Can you work directly inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, or do you only advise? 10. Are you available for a paid 60-minute screen share audit before being hired for ongoing management? Preferred working style: We move fast. We want clear operators, not long decks. We need someone who can look at an account, explain what is broken, fix it, and report back clearly. Budget: Open to hourly or monthly management. Please include your rate, availability, relevant restaurant experience, and examples of accounts you have managed.
