Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-performance accounts, lowering CPA, and scaling ROAS across both search and social platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our advertising efforts, ensuring that every dollar spent is backed by data and aligns with our broader growth objectives. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Setup: Design and launch comprehensive campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Optimization: Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Audience Targeting: Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels to reach high-intent leads. Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) and provide weekly reports on key performance indicators. Budget Management: Monitor daily spend to ensure pacing is on track and maximize budget efficiency. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing successful campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative strategy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
