Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist
Worldwide
Client: Curated Culture curatedculture.sg Singapore-based health & wellness functional beverage brand. Probiotic teas and sports/wellness drinks (Recover, Relax, Hydra). Science-backed, NUS food science origin. Zero sugar, dairy-free, not kombucha. Already in 50+ stores in SG (Cold Storage, Little Farms, Guzman y Gomez), plus Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop. Now expanding B2B across multiple markets. Objective Run Google Ads + Meta Ads to generate interest and partnerships across several markets. Think lead gen / B2B demand gen — we're going after distribution partners, wholesale buyers, and venue-level decision makers. Markets Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, USA, GCC Target segments – Hotels – Restaurants / cafes – Gyms / fitness studios – Supermarkets – Corporate pantry providers – F&B distributors Brand materials Everything is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/150S2wqiG-Nkwadg0F2ux36FYbB4XUpiS?usp=sharing Please review the brand, product range, positioning and any existing creatives before starting. What I need from you 1. Paid ads strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads — how would you structure this for a B2B functional beverage brand going multi-market? 2. Campaign structure by market and audience — not everything should be the same. Different markets = different maturity, different angles. 3. Targeting, messaging angles, and creatives — who are we targeting (job titles, interests, behaviors), what hooks work for each segment (hotel procurement vs gym owner vs F&B distributor), and what kind of creatives would you recommend? 4. Funnel approach — landing page vs lead form. What works better here? Do we need dedicated LPs per segment/market or can we run with Meta lead forms? Pros/cons. 5. Tracking / conversion setup — what do we need in place before we launch? Pixels, GTM, CRM integration, UTMs, etc. 6. Initial testing plan — budget allocation across markets, what we test first, KPIs, timeline to first learnings. Format Put it together in a doc or deck — whatever you're most comfortable with. Keep it practical, not theoretical. I want something we can actually execute from. Timeline Let me know how long you need. Ideally first draft within a week. Let me know your thoughts and how you'd approach this.
