Google Ads Policy Expert (Resolve "Limited by Policy" / Financial Services)

We run a Canadian mortgage lead-generation account on Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) and need a senior specialist who is specifically an expert at resolving Google Ads policy issues — not a general PPC manager. Our Performance Max asset groups were limited under "Negative Financial Status in Personalized Advertising" and the Financial Products & Services policy. We have already rewritten our ad copy to be compliant and a fresh campaign is now running clean, but we need an expert to: Audit the account and confirm full policy compliance. Get the older policy-limited campaigns re-reviewed and the limitations lifted. Provide a clear written action plan to scale safely without re-triggering disapprovals. You must have: Proven, hands-on experience resolving Google Ads policy limitations and disapprovals (please cite specific examples). Deep knowledge of Performance Max. Ideally, experience with regulated finance / mortgage advertising. We strongly prefer talent based in Germany, Ukraine, or elsewhere in Europe. Deliverables: a compliance audit + written recommendations + a short call to walk us through it, plus help liaising with Google policy support if needed.
