Google Ads Search Specialist

We are looking for an elite Google Ads Search Specialist to take full ownership of the Search acquisition strategy for an established luxury fashion brand operating in the Italian market. This is NOT a beginner or intermediate role. We are only interested in candidates with a proven track record managing profitable Google Search campaigns for premium or luxury e-commerce brands. Responsibilities Build and scale high-performing Google Search campaigns. Advanced keyword research and search intent mapping. Campaign structure designed for maximum efficiency. Continuous optimization of bids, search terms, ad copy and Quality Score. Landing page analysis focused on conversion improvements. Budget allocation and scaling based on profitability. Weekly reporting with clear KPIs and actionable insights. Important Google Merchant Center is NOT required. This role is 100% Search Ads. Traffic will be sent directly to Collection Pages, not product pages. Target market: Italy. High Average Order Value (Luxury / High Ticket). Requirements 5+ years of Google Ads Search experience. Demonstrated success with premium or luxury brands. Strong expertise in keyword strategy. Advanced Search Terms optimization. Deep understanding of Quality Score. Experience scaling profitable campaigns. Excellent analytical mindset. Fluent English for communication. Nice to have Experience managing campaigns above €20,000/month. Fashion or luxury e-commerce experience. Strong CRO understanding. Experience improving Collection Page performance.
