The ideal candidate should have experience with Google Ads for medical, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or other high-value local service businesses. This is not just about getting clicks. We need someone who can build a strategy around qualified patient intent and turn ad spend into measurable consultation opportunities. Responsibilities include: Google Search campaign setup and management Keyword research for cosmetic eye surgery and oculoplastic procedures Campaign structure for brand and non-brand search intent Ad copywriting focused on qualified consultation leads Location targeting for Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and surrounding high-value areas Negative keyword research and search term cleanup Conversion tracking review for calls, forms, and lead submissions Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking review Landing page recommendations for procedure-specific pages Retargeting strategy for website visitors and engaged users Ongoing campaign optimization and performance reporting Procedures may include upper and lower blepharoplasty, under-eye bags, hooded eyelids, brow lift, Asian eyelid surgery, male blepharoplasty, and cosmetic eye rejuvenation. We are looking for someone who can bring a clear strategy, identify what may be holding performance back, reduce wasted spend, and help improve lead quality, cost per lead, and booked consultation volume.
