Google Ads / Shopping & Merchant Center Specialist Needed (Ongoing)

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and grow our Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for an established e-commerce retail business. Key responsibilities: - Audit and optimize Google Ads Shopping/PMax campaigns - Fix Google Merchant Center product feed issues (we currently have significant product exclusion problems limiting performance) - Make data-driven budget allocation decisions across products with varying margins - Verify and maintain clean conversion tracking - Identify opportunities to scale spend where ROAS supports it What we're looking for: - Proven experience with Google Merchant Center / product feed troubleshooting - Strong Shopping and Performance Max campaign management background - Comfortable working independently with clear, proactive communication - Google Ads certifications a plus This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, starting with a paid trial period to evaluate fit before committing to ongoing work.
