Google Ads Specialist (Ecommerce – Ongoing Optimisation)

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimise my ecommerce campaigns. I run an online store selling sensory and learning tools. I’ve already launched a Search campaign with multiple ad groups and started getting traffic and initial conversions. I now need someone to take over, optimise performance, and scale what’s working. Scope of work: Ongoing optimisation of Google Ads campaigns Improve conversions and reduce cost per purchase Keyword refinement and search term analysis Scaling high-performing products/ad groups Setting up and managing Performance Max (if needed) Weekly monitoring and reporting Requirements: Proven experience with ecommerce Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of conversion-focused strategies Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance Clear communication and regular updates To apply, please include: Examples of past results (ROAS, conversions, etc.) Brief explanation of your optimisation approach Experience with similar ecommerce stores This is an ongoing role for the right person
