About us We are an advertising and marketing agency managing paid media campaigns across multiple European markets. We are growing our French-speaking operation and need a specialist who can own Google Ads from strategy through to execution — with no translation layer between them and the audience. What you'll do - Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting French-speaking audiences (France and French-speaking markets) - Write ad copy natively in French — culturally relevant, not translated - Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation specific to French-speaking markets - Monitor performance, adjust bids, and optimise toward CPA / ROAS targets - Set up and maintain conversion tracking, GTM tags, and Analytics - Deliver regular performance reports to our internal team in English - Run A/B tests and make data-backed recommendations Requirements - Native or C2 proficiency in French — must be able to speak, read, and write fluently - Professional working proficiency in English for internal communication - 3+ years of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) - Google Ads certification preferred - Proven track record managing campaigns in French-speaking markets - Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio - Experience with GDPR-compliant tracking and Google Consent Mode
