We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale hyper-local campaigns for high-intent local service brands (including preschools, daycares, tuition centers, and healthcare clinics). Our primary framework relies on Google Performance Max (PMax) for Local Store Goals, tightly integrated with our Google Business Profiles (GBP). We operate on disciplined daily budgets (starting at ₹1,000 to ₹2,000/day per campaign) across strict geographic radii (ranging from 3km micro-targeting to 100km regional expansion). If you are a set-and-forget media buyer who relies completely on Google's automation without manual guardrails, this role is not for you. We need a specialist who understands how to steer, clean, and protect a small budget from algorithmic waste. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Architecture: Set up and manage PMax Local campaigns tailored for "Local Store Visits & Promotions" linked directly to our Google Business Profiles. Budget Discipline: Structure Asset Groups efficiently. You must ensure our budgets are not fragmented across too many groups, keeping data density high so the algorithm exits the learning phase quickly. Search Theme & Negative Management: Since PMax handles keywords implicitly, you will actively audit weekly Search Insights and aggressively build account-level negative keyword lists to cut out informational/junk traffic. Placement & Traffic Scrubbing: Perform routine audits on PMax placement reports to exclude mobile game apps, low-intent display sites, and junk domains that burn local ad spend. Lead & Call Quality Assurance: Set up and monitor Google Call Forwarding/Reporting and landing page tracking scripts. You will cross-reference ad metrics with our real lead quality to train the algorithm on valuable conversion data. Creative Asset Optimization: Analyze asset performance reports (Low/Good/Best) monthly and guide our creative team on replacing low-performing images, headlines, and video variations. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills: Proven Local Lead Gen Experience: Must have a portfolio demonstrating success in location-based services (preschools, hospitals, gyms, real estate, or local clinics). E-commerce/dropshipping specialists need not apply. Advanced PMax Literacy: Deep understanding of the differences between standard PMax and PMax for Store Goals, as well as geographic setting constraints. Local SEO Safeguard Knowledge: Complete understanding of local NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency. You must know why we never change the primary phone number directly on a live GBP for tracking purposes. Strong Analytics Background: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and setting up custom offline conversion tracking or call tracking tags. You will be paid $300 to manage PMax Local of 3 Brands. And if you are good and have the bandwidth this can go upto $ 500 for 5 brands.
