Google Ads Specialist to Scale a Converting Funnel (High-Ticket Education)
Worldwide
We run an online certification for health and performance professionals. The certification is approved for 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits through Indiana University School of Medicine, and approved for continuing education units (CEUs) through the American Council on Exercise. Our funnel already converts: lead to free training to enrollment. Tracking is clean. Google Ads is our best channel, currently around $69 per lead with a 3.9 percent click-through rate. Our one problem is volume. Not enough qualified people enter the funnel. We have budget to scale and need one specialist to own it. This is not a build-from-scratch strategy project. You will use the account and data we already have and scale it. What you will do: - Take over and scale our existing Google Ads account, search first - Expand keywords and lift impression share to grow qualified traffic - Manage budget in steps as results hold - Report weekly on cost per lead and cost per sale Success is one number: drive enrollments of our $997 certification at a cost per sale under $450, all in. We will ramp ad spend from about $600 per month to $2,000, then $4,000 and beyond as that number holds. You are a fit if you have: - A track record scaling Google Ads for high-ticket or considered-purchase offers (education, coaching, certification, professional services). Not e-commerce only. - Real cost-per-sale or cost-per-acquisition numbers you can show from past accounts - Clear, weekly, numbers-first communication Engagement: ongoing, starting with a flat monthly management retainer. Ad spend is separate and paid by us. We treat the first 30 days as a relationship trial. To apply, please answer these four questions. Skip the generic pitch. 1. Describe one high-ticket or lead-gen account you scaled on Google Ads. What was the cost per sale or acquisition when you started versus when you finished? 2. We are at roughly $69 per lead and want to scale spend while hitting a cost per sale under $450 on a $997 product. How would you approach the first 30 days? 3. How do you decide when to raise budget versus hold? 4. Once we max out our current search terms, how would you expand reach?
