Freire Schools, a charter school network serving Philadelphia and Wilmington, seeks a short-term Google Ads/PPC consultant to launch and manage teacher recruitment campaigns for the 2026–27 school year. We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a demonstrated track record of generating qualified applicants through Google Search campaigns. We are prioritizing speed-to-launch, conversion tracking, and applicant generation over broad branding strategy. Experience with recruitment, staffing, healthcare, education, or other applicant-generation campaigns is strongly preferred. Responsibilities may include campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, conversion tracking, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting. Please include examples of Google Ads/PPC applicant-generation campaigns you have managed, including the types of positions recruited for and any relevant results or performance metrics.
