Expats & Nomads is a referral platform connecting people relocating to Portugal and Spain with vetted local experts — immigration lawyers, tax advisors, relocation specialists, and more. We run Google Search campaigns to generate qualified leads, and we're looking for an experienced specialist to manage and optimize the account on an ongoing basis. Scope (~3 hours/week): Optimize Search campaigns for cost-per-lead Maintain and troubleshoot conversion tracking Search-term review, negative keywords, keyword expansion Ad copy testing and iteration Bid and budget management A short weekly summary: what changed, what's working, what's next Requirements: Proven experience managing lead-gen Search campaigns (please share real results / cost-per-lead numbers) Solid conversion tracking skills — GA4 and Google Tag Manager (offline/lead conversions a plus) Self-directed; able to own a small account without daily oversight Clear written English for reporting This is a small but ongoing account. I have a marketing background myself and value precision and honest reporting over inflated dashboards — I'm looking for an operator who thinks, not one who runs on autopilot.
