Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various industries. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management and creative advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI Automation Design: Lead the strategic design, architecture, and deployment of a proprietary AI-driven marketing automation system to manage Google Ads campaigns and automate the entire scope of paid media operations. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), leveraging AI and Machine Learning features (e.g., Performance Max, Smart Bidding) for maximum efficiency. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilize AI tools to identify opportunities and optimize targeting. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives. Ad Optimization: A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion rates, including the use of generative AI tools for copy/creative variations. Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Competitor Analysis: Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and developers to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies. Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices. AI Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance and health of automated/AI-driven campaigns, ensuring data integrity, brand safety, and compliance. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in architecting and successfully deploying end-to-end marketing automation or AI projects that deliver measurable results, beyond standard platform-level automation Certifications: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, or Video) is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Expert-level proficiency in AI/Machine Learning system design and implementation for ad automation, including hands-on experience with the Google Ads API and other marketing automation development tools. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner) and AI-powered analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page development.
