Summary

Google Ads Strategist We are seeking a Google Ads Strategist with hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google's advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Google Ads experience and a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max (PMax), Demand Gen, Video, Display, and App Campaigns Conduct keyword research, keyword planning, and search query analysis Create and maintain negative keyword strategies to improve efficiency and lead quality Develop budget recommendations, forecasting, and pacing strategies Build and manage audience segments, remarketing lists, and Customer Match audiences Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4 integrations, and conversion actions Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, and lead quality Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and reporting Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures Collaborate with Google account representatives and support teams to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities Conduct competitor research and stay current on Google Ads platform updates, features, and best practices Ensure accounts follow industry best practices for structure, tracking, and optimization Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Video, Display, and App campaigns Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation Proficiency in keyword research, audience development, bidding strategies, and budget management Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Google Ads certifications are preferred
