Google Ads Suspension Specialist — Account Reinstatement & Compliance

Project-based | Remote ABOUT THE PROJECT We are a US-based IT software company with an active Google Ads account that has been suspended under the "Circumventing Systems: Advertiser Verification" policy. We are looking for a specialist with a proven, hands-on track record of successfully getting suspended Google Ads accounts reinstated — not someone who has attempted it, but someone who has actually achieved it. This is a focused, project-based engagement with three clear phases. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. DIAGNOSE Review all suspension notices, prior appeal submissions, account history, and supporting documentation to identify the precise cause of the suspension and why prior appeals were unsuccessful. 2. REINSTATE Develop and execute a strategy to get the suspension lifted. This includes drafting a compelling, well-structured appeal, advising on any documentation required, and seeing the process through to resolution. 3. PREVENT Once reinstated (or in parallel if needed), audit the account setup and provide clear direction on how accounts should be properly structured going forward to prevent future suspensions — including account ownership, verification, billing setup, and access management best practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✔ Demonstrated success in getting Google Ads accounts reinstated — please provide specific examples ✔ Deep knowledge of Google's advertiser verification policies and Circumventing Systems violations in particular ✔ Experience navigating Google Ads support and escalation channels ✔ Clear, structured communicator who can explain findings and recommendations in plain language ✔ Honest about what is and isn't achievable — we value transparency over promises IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING We have already attempted two appeals, both of which were rejected.
