I'm the owner of The View at Seacoast — a rooftop oceanfront event venue in Imperial Beach, CA. Weddings, corporate events, private parties, brand activations. The venue is stunning. The opportunity is real. What I need is someone who can turn ad spend into booked events, not someone who's going to learn on my dime. This is not a "boost a post and see what happens" role. I need a killer. What you'll be doing Building and managing Google Ads campaigns from the ground up — Search, Performance Max, Display. Not inheriting a mess and tweaking it. Building. Running Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) targeting wedding couples, corporate event planners, and local brands — with creative strategy, audience segmentation, and full-funnel thinking. Owning the numbers. Cost per lead, cost per booking, ROAS. You'll report on them, you'll be accountable to them. Continuously testing — creative, copy, audiences, landing pages. I want a scientist, not a babysitter. Coordinating with seasonal pushes — wedding season, Q4 corporate, holiday parties, summer activations. Who this is NOT for If you've "managed" ad accounts but someone else built the strategy — stop here. If your case studies show great CTR but you can't tell me what the bookings looked like — stop here. If you think PMax is just "set it and forget it" — stop here. If you've never run ads for a service business, venue, hospitality brand, or high-consideration purchase — this will be an uphill battle and I don't have time for that. If your proposal is a copy-paste template — I will not respond. What I'm looking for — no exceptions Minimum 3 years running Google Ads and Meta Ads professionally, not as a side hobby You must be able to show me real campaigns with real outcomes — leads generated, cost per lead, revenue attributed. Screenshots, case studies, something tangible You understand Google's auction mechanics, Quality Score, asset group optimization for PMax, and can speak intelligently about bidding strategies (Target CPA, tROAS, Maximize Conversions) and when to use each On Meta, you understand the difference between broad vs. interest vs. lookalike at each funnel stage, know how iOS 14+ killed certain tracking approaches and what you did about it, and can build a creative testing framework from scratch You know how to read a funnel and diagnose where it's bleeding — not just run ads and blame the landing page Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel CRM or any lead management system that connects ad conversions to actual pipeline
