## About the Role We are seeking an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve our existing advertising campaigns. This is not an entry-level campaign management role. We are looking for a performance-driven expert who can analyze current campaigns, identify opportunities, improve lead quality, reduce cost per lead, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving existing advertising accounts through strategic optimization, testing, and data-driven decision-making. ## Responsibilities * Audit and optimize existing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns * Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance * Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI * Optimize keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, ad copy, and campaign structure * Monitor campaign performance daily and implement ongoing improvements * Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and offers * Improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy * Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations * Work closely with management to align advertising efforts with business goals * Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices ## Requirements * Minimum 5+ years managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns * Proven ability to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs * Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking * Experience managing lead generation campaigns * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions * Excellent communication and reporting abilities ## Ideal Candidate * Obsessed with performance metrics and ROI * Makes decisions based on data, not opinions * Proactively identifies growth opportunities * Has experience improving underperforming campaigns * Focuses on generating quality leads, not just increasing traffic * Takes ownership of results ## To Apply Please include: 1.
