racking & Analytics Implementation Specialist What they’ll do: Set up and QA Google Tag Manager Configure GA4 events/conversions Connect Google Ads conversion tracking Set up CallRail / CTM tracking Make sure calls, forms, clicks, and qualified leads are tracked correctly Audit broken tags, duplicate conversions, attribution issues Work with landing pages, thank-you pages, pixels, UTMs, and offline conversion imports Must-have skills: Google Tag Manager GA4 Google Ads conversions CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics Basic JavaScript / HTML Cross-domain tracking Form tracking Phone call conversion tracking Debugging with Tag Assistant / GTM Preview Job post copy: I’m looking for a tracking and analytics specialist who can help with marketing attribution setup across Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads, CallRail, and CallTrackingMetrics. This person should be able to audit current tracking, fix broken or duplicate conversions, set up events in GTM, configure GA4 key events, connect Google Ads conversions, and make sure calls/forms are attributed correctly by campaign, keyword, landing page, and source. Experience with lead generation accounts is required. Healthcare/addiction treatment experience is a plus. Please send examples of tracking setups you’ve managed and tools you’ve worked with.
