Google My Business Expert – Local SEO & Google Maps Top 3 Ranking

We are looking for an experienced Google My Business (GMB) Expert to optimize our business listing and rank in the TOP 3 on Google Maps in our local area. MAIN GOAL: Achieve and maintain a Top 3 ranking on Google Maps for our target keywords in our local market. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct a full audit of our current Google My Business profile - Fully optimize our GMB profile (categories, description, photos, attributes, services, posts) - Implement a proven local SEO strategy to reach top 3 Google Maps ranking - Build and manage local citations and NAP consistency across directories - Develop and execute a review acquisition strategy - Monitor and respond to Google reviews to improve engagement - Conduct local keyword research targeting our service area - Create and optimize GMB posts on a regular basis - Track ranking progress and provide detailed monthly reports - Identify and fix any penalties or issues affecting our local ranking REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record of ranking businesses in TOP 3 on Google Maps - Must provide case studies or examples of past GMB ranking results - Deep understanding of Google's local ranking factors (Relevance, Distance, Prominence) - Experience with citation building and local SEO tools - Knowledge of Google Business Profile best practices - Strong communication and transparent reporting PAY STRUCTURE: This is a PERFORMANCE-BASED project. Payment will be made AFTER the business achieves a Top 3 ranking on Google Maps for the agreed target keywords in our local area. Milestone payments can be negotiated based on ranking progress.
