Google Business Profile Expert Needed to Resolve Review Block / “Review Jail”

I'm looking for an experienced Google Business Profile (GBP) specialist who has successfully dealt with review restrictions or review blocks before. I recently had a scam/fake review successfully removed from my Google Business Profile. Shortly afterward, it appears Google placed some type of restriction on the profile where new legitimate customer reviews are no longer publishing. The profile itself is active and functioning normally. The specific issue I need help with is getting the review restriction lifted as quickly as possible so legitimate customers can leave reviews again.
